This beautiful waterfront property is located in Belleville, ON on Bay of Quinte and is situated in the Marina. Just a few steps away to enjoy outdoor activities on the water such as fishing, kayaking and boating. Parks and waterfront trails are close by. Variety of restaurants and things to do too.

This 2 bedroom cottage features 2 bedroom and 1 den that can accommodate 6 people comfortably. There is a pull out couch should you have extra people joining you or have another option of camping in the tent if you are thinking to bringing more! Sleep in tent? Why not! Although it is perfect for a family, it is encouraged to be cautious as there is a stair that goes to the second floor for the living area and bedrooms.
The property is in between 2 public parks bringing a semi private feel. The huge waterfront yard is perfect for catering large gathering and organizing outdoor activities. We have a couple of Kayaks available to use during your stay, a boat launch should you have a boat and a free dock.

Water activities such as fishing and boating can be arranged and is subject to availability. Watercraft rentals such as small boat with motor and jet ski can be rented closeby.

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.

Please try to avoid making any loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am to allow neighbors a peaceful night’s sleep.
3.
There are designated recycling and trash disposal areas. Please refrain from throwing any trash, such as bottle caps or cigarette butts into neighboring properties.
4.
Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times.
Never leave children unsupervised at our property without any adults.
The backyard is a perfect, safe place for children to play. To avoid danger, please don’t let them play out front.

Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee as noted in our rates. Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules.

Please park your vehicles in the designated driveway space, ensuring cars do not block the sidewalk.
7.
Please dispose of garbage and recycling in the proper containers.Please do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet. We provide a bin for this in each bathroom.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.

No parties or events that we do not know off.

Our living room is carpeted. Pets may not be allowed but are negotiable, if ever allowed, we ask that you please don’t let them up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds.

Be sure to clean the barbecue after use, it’s much more difficult to clean the next day!

Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before check-out.

We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules.
