Booking policy: 

• Full payment is required for up to 3 nights booking prior to arrival.

• 50% deposit for 1 week reservations balance owing should be paid 2 weeks prior arrival or check in.​

• Pay by cash or by e-transfer.

Cancellation policy:

• Full Refund made for short stays 2 weeks before the arrival less $150 for Cancellations fee.

• 50% Refund for 1 week reservations cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival; and for short stay bookings cancelled 1 week prior arrival.

• No Refunds for cancellations made 1 week prior to arrival
